Air Freight Cartage
Service into and out of SMF? We have that covered. NDS covers more points on a daily basis than any cartage company in our area. ( Cartage points list here ). Whether it’s arriving via Forward Air, SMF, SFO, or other line haul options we can handle it. All drivers are TSA certified and current on all compliance aspects. We also can provide Direct to Consignee (DTC) services for larger shipments (5 pallets and above) to SFO, LAX and ONT delivery areas. Please call us for more details or request a quote.
Warehouse Services
Driver running out of hours? Have room on your truck but no way to pick up or deliver that last high paying shipment? Network Delivery Systems can meet many of your warehousing and operational needs. With over 42,000 square feet our warehouse provides your business with cost-effective, flexible storage, or final pickup / delivery options, allowing you to respond to changing business conditions without the long-term financial commitment of owning your own warehouse. We will pick up (or deliver) your shipments with our own trucks and consolidate them at our terminal in Sacramento, California. We can store your inventory of goods in our warehouse and ship your products to any destination on demand, keeping your costs down and your customer-service quality high.
Short-Term Storage
Need to drop a delivery or pickup at our dock? Have a refused shipment or missed appointment? Network Delivery Systems can immediately assess and accommodate our clients short term storage needs. We provide flexible solutions that allow you to utilize your driver in the most cost efficient way possible. You make money when your driver is moving. Your shipment stays secure and ready for final delivery. Network Delivery Systems can hold your shipment for up to three months, but offers the flexibility of a storage plan that does not require a long-term commitment and offers low overhead charges. ​
Load Rework
Overweight? Need load stacked or down stacked? Need load reorganized because it could not be picked up in same order it needs to be delivered in? Network Delivery Systems can rework your load. With 20 dock doors, we can get your driver in and out with our efficient, cost effective per pallet or per truck pricing.
Load Consolidation
Need a carrier to pick up or deliver all your shipments? Let Network Delivery Systems consolidate or deconsolidate your loads. Line haul costs are expensive. Combine loads with our professional dock personnel. Drop partials at our dock, delivery one load, and return for the other. Same for pickups.
